SmartHowl is an emergency mass notification system designed specifically for institutions of higher education. Use the system to immediately send texts, calls, and emails to university personnel in crisis situations.
Administrators will choose and customize how SmartHowl is set up for their institution.
Depending on the combination of alert levels, group assignments, and notification types, the roles of emergency responders may shift.
Emergency responders will be able to see who responded to alerts, what alerts were sent out, and what they responded with to take any action that would be necessary to ensure safety.
Recipients are anyone who receives an alert (students, faculty, etc.) and will be able to respond to it with whichever prompt fits their situation to communicate back to your organization.
